Sites of cultural interest
Fondation Grand Paradis works in close cooperation with local communities for the management of sites of cultural interest. These sites are Introd Castle, which dates back to the 12th century, Châtel-Argent in Villeneuve, two “Maisons du Patrimoine” which enhance typical rural architecture in the Gran Paradiso area (Maison Bruil o fIntrod and maison de Cogne Gérard-Dayné), Maison-Musée Jean-Paul II and Alpinart, a new exhibition centre dedicated to alpine culture, in the Villaggio Minatori of Cogne.
